All orders ship 1 - 3 business days from the day you place your order.
We ship all of our products via UPS and provide tracking numbers for your convenience.

While we are proud to offer a wide selection of items continually In Stock in our warehouse, in order to give you, our Loyal Customers, as wide of a product selection as possible, we've worked out relationships with specific manufacturers and other suppliers to ship some items that appear on our website on our behalf. This allows us to save money on warehouse space, inventory levels, and general overhead and we gladly pass on these savings to you.

When a manufacturer or other supplier ships your package on our behalf, they might use FedEx or DHL instead of UPS. Rest assured that you will always get an email notification with tracking information and the shipping date regardless of shipping method.

UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. A street address is required for delivery.

Refunds and Returns

Problem with your order? We understand. Sometimes things happen. No worries.
You can return any item up to 30 days from the delivery date, no questions asked (actually we will probably ask you if the item was damaged upon delivery, but we won't hassle you about things).
If you are unsatisfied with any part of your order please let us know and we'll try to correct the issue.
If your order is damaged, you received the wrong item, and/or you need a replacement just give us a call at 888-684-1356
If you need a refund that's okay too. Just call or email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll promptly refund your money.
Please keep all shipping boxes and packaging material until you are sure you are satisfied with your item(s). This is especially important for damage claims.

The Fine Print

We might unexpectedly run out of stock on a particular item. This could cause a slight delay in your order being shipped. This does not happen often and if the delay is greater than 5 business days we will notify you of the situation.

Sometimes we receive requests to leave a package at the side door, on the front porch, or elsewhere if nobody is around to sign; if this request is made, we cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged item(s).

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other non-contiguous States and territories:
Any order shipped outside the Lower 48 States might be subjected to additional shipping fees. These fees may not be calculated until after we process your order. When this is the case, you will be notified about the situation.

Items that were damaged by you or damage that occurred after delivery disqualifies an item for a refund and/or exchange.
Damage claims must be made within 72 hours of the delivery date.
Please email or call our Customer Service Department for return/exchange instructions and to obtain the proper return shipping address as some of our items will be returned directly to the manufacturer.
Some items such as closeouts and specialty items may be subjected to a 25% - 30% restocking fee.
Unless an item is damaged, it must be in unused, re-sellable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
